By appointment only due to limited space and parking.

Sale is Friday and Saturday, January 10 - 11, 10am -2pm.

Sale is located at (tercera) 3a de Montolea 15 in the gated community of Valle de Los Senderos.
See maps below. There is a new entrance to Senderos! Enter at the road where you would enter the development TierraAdentro, (on the opposite side of the highway from the top of Independencia, but you must go around the rotary to enter) and follow the new road to the end! If you were coming from Las Ventanas heading on the Libramiento you will take the first VERY SHARP right turn, marked with a big red sign for Barrica De Fuego. Go to gate at the very end for Senderos and tell the guard you are going to Tercera de Montolea 15. If they ask for a name you can say Evan Bernstein. Once you enter Los Senderos, you can also look for Estate Sales of San Miguel on Google maps... The sale will be past that location (Montolea 3) 5 houses on the left. Take first left after passing #3, and house will be at the bottom of the hill. Please note there is a strict 25 kmph speed limit or a 3,000 pesos fine once you enter Senderos.
Park in front of unit or carefully on one side of the road.
